There’s more to lifting weights than just picking things up and putting them down. We can help you to maximise your strength and conditioning performance, whilst ensuring that you adhere to the proper form. This can help to prevent injury, increase strength and deliver performance gains in other training due to having a solid base to work from.

Sessions can be booked individually, in a block booking or as part of a Health and Fitness Package.
