Group classes are a great addition to any training programme, adding a team dynamic and helping group members to push each other to new heights. We offer a variety of sessions throughout the day, from ‘Group HIIT’, to ‘Circuit Blast’, all designed to be fun yet challenging.
If you're looking to tone up and build strength, why not try our Ladies Who Lift or Strongman Group Classes? Looking to bring balance to your life, then our Yoga and Pilates could be right for you.
Our Group Classes can be booked individually, in blocks, or as part of a wider Health and Fitness Package.
