Rory Harcourt

Level 3 Personal Trainer, Weight Management, Exercise Referral and Strength & Conditioning

Over 10 years experience with a focus on improving overall health and wellbeing and enhancing physiques.

Tom Turner

Level 3 Personal Trainer

Over 7 years experience with a focus on technique quality over quantity. Experience with pre and post-natal clients, injury rehab, performance athletes, elderly clients and adapted training.

Joe Wax

Level 3 Personal Trainer

Joe has a passion for helping clients to set, meet and exceed their fitness goals. Through his energetic, data driven approach you’ll break through plateaus and be setting new PBs that you never even imagined were possible.

Chris  Brothwood

Physiotherapist

Chris holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. He has particular expertise in injury prevention and rehabilitation and helping his clients to maximise their sports performance.

Sam Jenkins

Physiotherapist

Sam holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and specialises in injury prevention and rehabilitation. He works with clients to improve their resilience to physical training by guiding them through injury prevention techniques.
